Users must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade digital assets in their jurisdiction. Creating an account where crypto exchange services are prohibited is a violation of these terms.

Use of the Platform

You may use cryptocardclub.world solely for lawful trading activity. Automated scraping, account sharing, market manipulation, and wash trading are prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and 2FA devices. CryptoCardClub bears no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

All identity information submitted during KYC must be accurate and current. Providing false documentation is a breach of these terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All content on cryptocardclub.world — including logos, interface designs, copy, and data — is owned by CryptoCardClub and protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

CryptoCardClub is not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, network delays, third-party service outages, or force majeure events. Cryptocurrency trading carries inherent risk.

The platform's total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by that user to CryptoCardClub in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

CryptoCardClub integrates third-party tools including KYC providers, blockchain analytics services, and payment processors. Their terms govern their respective services, and CryptoCardClub is not responsible for their conduct.

Account Security

CryptoCardClub will never ask for your password via email or support chat. If you receive such a request, report it immediately to info@cryptocardclub.world.

Your Rights

You may close your account at any time. Upon closure, remaining balances can be withdrawn subject to standard verification procedures. Account history is retained per applicable data retention laws.

Changes to Terms

CryptoCardClub reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
